The Bali Aga believes that God Indra has chosen them and predominately Hindu people. Many beautiful Balinese crafts can be found there such as the traditional ‘kamben geringsing’ whose pattern were belived as a design by God Indra himself. Some Balinese calendars on lontar leaves also can be brought here.

Tirta Gangga shall be other place of interest to visit during East Bali Tour. This refers to the water palace and the lush garden and stone carvings and statues covering one hectare complex area. It was built in 1946 by the late King of Karangsem but then re-built and restored after the eruption. The place has authentic royal magnificence with eleven tiered fountain and many beautiful carvings and statues embellishing the gardens.
